Shop Policy

If you think there is an issue with your order, please do the following;

  1. Read our Policy (below). THEN
  2. Report the Problem

If your product is defective, keep it and ‘Report the Problem’. If your claim is accepted we will either;

  1. Refund The Money OR
  2. Priority Reorder – Faster fulfillment. Standard shipping time applies.

Reorder & Refunds

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.


All our products are made on-demand. Shipping times are added on top of the fulfillment. Super Squares reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Wrong Size

Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds. We make everything on-demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Order Tracking

All products we sell come with order tracking you can monitor the process by logging into your My Account < Orders to view the status.

Lost In Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Sealed Goods

Super Squares does not accept returns of sealed goods. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery If you think there is an issue with your order, please do the following;
