In addition, we may collect information in the course of your navigation and use of the Services, such as the browser you use, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the internet service provider you use, the addresses of sites and pages you visited before coming to one of our websites, while visiting our websites, or in leaving our websites, and other information. We may use “cookies,” “web beacons,” or other electronic means to collection this information. You can set your browser to reject cookies, but that may limit your use of some convenience features on our websites and the Services.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from ReacTV.
ReacTV does not currently share your Personal Information with other businesses. However, ReacTV reserves the right to share your Personal Information with other businesses we have selected to work with us, so that they can assist us in promoting our products and service, or so that they send you information about their own products and services, including special offers and promotions. If we do, you will be given the ability to opt out of receiving these communications.
ReacTV may use your Personal Information to send you information about products and services of other businesses. However, we will not share your Personal Information with other businesses for this purpose, and you may opt out of receiving such communications.
ReacTV may also use your Personal Information to enter you in contests or sweepstakes in which you choose to participate, to give you status updates on contests, to notify contest winners, to verify contestant eligibility, and to award prizes. Your Personal Information may be provided to third parties who administer our contests, sweepstakes, and prize redemptions, or provide you with other services you request.

COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS USED BY REACTV
In order to improve our site and Services and provide more convenient, relevant experiences to our customers, we and our partners and agents may use “cookies,” “web beacons,” and similar devices to track your online activities. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your computer by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card and enables us to record such information as your password and preferences. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. A web beacon is a small transparent image that is embedded in a web page or email used to track when the page or email has been viewed. A similar device may be used by which a site or Service may send data to a server when a set of user-initiated events occur. This device is similar to a cookie in that it tracks your visit and the data can only be read by the server that receives the data. It is different than a cookie in that it is not browser-based, may not function as an identification card, and does not store any data on your computer.
We may also collect data about your activities with the Services for use in providing content and advertising tailored to your interests; if this occurs, you will be able to choose whether or not to have your information collected for such purpose.
INFORMATION SHARED USING INTERACTIVE AND SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES
The Services may include interactive and social media features that allow you to submit and share your screen name, Public Profiles, text, photos, links and other content (collectively, “User Content”). User Content that you submit to ReacTV or share using the Services, including any Personal Information you choose to include in your User Content, becomes publicly available and can be seen, collected and used by others. By submitting or sharing User Content, you understand and agree that it will be publicly available, and that ReacTV has no responsibility for how such information may be used.
In addition, certain user profile information (including your Personal Profile page) is shared on our systems and websites. Registered users are displayed by screen name (or username) on our website along with information about location(s) where you play ReacTV games. Also, you may have the ability to invite a friend to join ReacTV. When using these features an email to your friend will be sent on your behalf and will come from the email address and full name on your account. If you choose to use these features, you understand and agree that information about you (including your name and/or e-mail address) may be provided to other users of the Services. ReacTV has no control over the content of messages you may receive from other users, and you understand and agree that ReacTV is not responsible for the content of such messages.
